Turn On or Off Household Drop In

Use the Alexa app to deactivate the Household Drop In feature on all devices in your Household.

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Select More .
3. Open Settings .
4. Select Communication.
5. Select Drop In Preference.
6. Select Household Drop In.
