Turn Off Drop In

Use the Alexa app to disable the Drop In feature.

1. Open the Alexa app .
2. Select More .
3. Open Communicate .
4. Select Contacts .
5. Select My Communication Settings.
6. Use the toggle to turn off Drop In.
