Reset Your Echo Wall Clock
If your clock is unresponsive, or the hands have detached, factory reset it.
Note: To reset your Echo Wall Clock to its factory settings, unpair the device in the Alexa app:
- Open the Alexa app

- Open Devices

- Navigate to your Echo device and select Bluetooth Devices.
- Select the icon next to your Echo Wall Clock and select Forget Device.
- Go back to the device settings page.
- Under Connected Devices, select Echo Wall Clock and then Unpair.
- On your Echo Wall Clock, press the pairing button five times to reset the device. The center post rotates to the 12:00 position, and the status light pulses blue.
When the reset is complete, the status light turns solid green.
- If the light doesn’t turn solid green, and the hands aren't at the 12:00 position:
- Carefully lift the hands from their posts.
- Align the notches on the inside of the clock hands with their posts, so that they are at the 12:00 position.
- Push the clock hands back onto their posts. The shorter "hour" hand goes first.
When the reset is complete, the status light turns solid green. - Set up the Echo Wall Clock again.
