Spilled or Damaged Amazon Fresh Items

If you aren’t satisfied with the condition of a grocery product that you receive from us, we’ll issue a refund up to seven days from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable Amazon Fresh grocery item, you can request a refund through the Online Returns Center. We won’t ask you to return the item.

  1. Visit Your Orders
  2. Select the order with spilled or damaged Amazon Fresh items.
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to request item refund.
  4. Select Refund when prompted.

Note: Shopping on Amazon Fresh is available for customers in eligible postcodes. We'll be expanding the Amazon Fresh shopping experience to new Fresh-supported regions in the future. To find out if you’re postcode is located in an eligible delivery area, visit Amazon Fresh.
