Spilled or Damaged Amazon Fresh Items
If you aren’t satisfied with the condition of a grocery product that you receive from us, we’ll issue a refund up to seven days from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable Amazon Fresh grocery item, you can request a refund through the Online Returns Center. We won’t ask you to return the item.
- Visit Your Orders
- Select the order with spilled or damaged Amazon Fresh items.
- Follow on-screen instructions to request item refund.
- Select Refund when prompted.
