If you can't access your Amazon Luna benefits, check that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Amazon Luna is included with:

  • Annual and monthly paid Prime.
  • Prime for Students and 18-22 year-olds (see note below).
  • Amazon Prime free trials.
  • Prime Video-only memberships sold outside of Prime regions.

Note:
  • Only one member per Amazon Family can claim an offer.
  • Free trials for Prime Video subscriptions outside of Prime regions aren't eligible for a free channel subscription with their Amazon Luna benefits.
  • During the free trial period, Prime for Students and 18-22 year-olds members only receive a single Twitch channel subscription for one month with their membership.
