Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our password assistance process on our website.

1. When prompted, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Amazon account and select Continue.
   We will send you an email or SMS (depending on the verification method you have chosen) containing a One Time Password (OTP), to authenticate your request.
2. Enter the OTP you received and select Continue.
3. Create a new password.

   As soon as you have created a new password, it's active. Your new password is for all Amazon-related accounts associated with the same email address.
