Turn Amazon Kids on Alexa On or Off Using Your Echo Device with a Screen

Go to settings on your device to set up and manage Amazon Kids on compatible Echo devices.

Note: Settings menu items for the Echo Hub and Echo Show 5 (all generations) may vary, and those devices will receive a software update soon.
  1. Select Privacy & Permissions.
  2. Select Amazon Kids, and toggle on or off.
  3. After turning on Amazon Kids, follow the on-screen prompts to create a profile or select an existing profile. You will be asked to provide parental consent.
