Amazon Day Delivery

With Amazon Day Delivery, Prime customers can choose their preferred day of the week to receive eligible items.

Amazon Day Delivery is a shipping benefit at no additional cost, exclusive to Prime customers.

Typically, you can order eligible items for Amazon Day Delivery up to one day before your chosen delivery day. We try to combine multiple orders in the same box whenever possible.

To use Amazon Day Delivery:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account.
  2. Search for an item you want to purchase.
  3. Add the item to your basket.
  4. Proceed to checkout.
  5. Select your delivery address and payment method.
  6. Select FREE Amazon Day Delivery.
  7. Choose your preferred day of the week that you want to receive your items.

Eligibility

Some orders aren't eligible for Amazon Day Delivery.

These include:

  • Prime orders fulfilled by third-party sellers
  • Delivery addresses outside of eligible postcode areas.
  • Amazon Key deliveries
  • Shipments containing Hazmat items
  • Delivery addresses outside of UK
  • Deliveries to Amazon Pickup locations
  • Deliveries to PO Boxes
Items are eligible on an individual basis. This means that items that are not listed may also be ineligible for Amazon Day Delivery.

Customers can choose most days of the year for Amazon Day Delivery. However, your chosen day might not be available due to public holidays or other events. Amazon Day Delivery isn't available for deliveries to Lockers or other Pickup Locations.

If conditions, such as weather, reduce our ability to deliver items on the chosen day, we may not offer Amazon Day Delivery.

Changing your Amazon Day Delivery Day

You can change your Amazon Day Delivery day by selecting a new one when placing an order at checkout within the Amazon Day Delivery option. Any orders you've placed before the new selection will arrive on the original Amazon Day Delivery day.

Making Amazon Day Delivery your Preferred Delivery Option

When you make Amazon Day Delivery your preferred delivery option, Amazon Day Delivery is preselected for your future orders shipped by Amazon to this address. Your normal Prime delivery options are still available.

You can make your Amazon Day Delivery your preferred delivery option by ticking the checkbox in the Amazon Day Delivery option at checkout.

To change the delivery date of an Amazon Day Delivery order that hasn't been dispatched:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account.
  2. Select Orders.
  3. Search for your Amazon Day order.
  4. Select View or edit order.
  5. Select Change Delivery Speed.
