Turn Off Text Trace Notifications

You can sign up to receive tracking information by Text Trace message for specific packages.

You can choose to stop receiving Text Trace notifications containing tracking information for certain parcels.

To stop receiving Text Trace notifications:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Find the order you'd like to track and select Track package. You see the option to sign up for Text Trace for packages dispatched by Amazon.co.uk.
  3. Select Unsubscribe.

To stop receiving all SMS notifications go to the Communication Preferences Center and change the SMS preferences in the Shipping and payment notifications section.

Note: You may still receive SMS notifications after you unsubscribe if we sent text messages that haven't yet reached you yet.
