Flash Briefing Isn't Updating
If your Flash Briefing isn't updating, try restarting your Echo device.
Ask Alexa for your Flash Briefing between each step:
- Go to the Alexa app and check that the news service you want is enabled.
- If enabled, try toggling it off and then on again.
- Unplug your Alexa device and then plug it back in.
Note: Some news categories might have the same story for a few days. Different news sources may cover the same story.
