Set the Time on Your Fire Tablet

Setting the local time on your device can prevent issues during the device registration.

1. Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
2. From the Home screen:
   1. Select All settings.
   2. Select Device Options, then select Date & time.
3. Check the device time at the top of the screen to make sure it displays your local time.
4. Turn off the option Automatic time zone.
5. Wait for 5 seconds and turn on the option Automatic time zone back again.
6. Check the device time to make sure it displays your local time.
