Can't Set Up Amazon Luna

Luna setup isn't working on your device.

  • Make sure that you're using a compatible device and browser.
  • Make sure you're on the latest operating software version for all your compatible devices.
  • Check that your device is connected to the internet, and that your connection speed is at least 10 Mbps.
  • If you're using a web browser, make sure JavaScript is turned on.
  • Set your browser zoom settings to 100% and use full-screen mode.
  • For Chrome browsers, turn on the Hardware Acceleration setting. To check that hardware acceleration is on, type: "chrome://settings/?search=hardware" in the address bar of your browser.
