Can't Set Up Amazon Luna

Luna setup isn't working on your device.

Make sure that you're using a compatible device and browser.
Make sure you're on the latest operating software version for all your compatible devices.
Check that your device is connected to the internet, and that your connection speed is at least 10 Mbps.
If you're using a web browser, make sure JavaScript is turned on.
Set your browser zoom settings to 100% and use full-screen mode.
For Chrome browsers, turn on the Hardware Acceleration setting. To check that hardware acceleration is on, type: "chrome://settings/?search=hardware" in the address bar of your browser.
