Issues Using Luna Couch
If you're having issues with your Luna Couch code or issues during gameplay, try these troubleshooting steps.
- Check that you have the correct code and then try entering it again. To enter a code, open Luna on a supported device. You can also visit www.amazon.co.uk/luna/code to enter the code on PC or Mac.
- If you're the host, try creating a new code:
- Press the center button on your controller to open the in-game overlay.
- Select Manage Luna Couch Session.
- Select Generate New Code.
- Share that code with other players.
