Link Video Streaming Services on Echo Devices with a Screen
To link a video streaming service, go to your device settings or say, "Go to video home," and choose from the available providers.
Note: Settings menu items for
the Echo Hub and Echo Show 5 (all generations) may vary, and those devices will receive a software update soon.
To link a video streaming service from your device settings:
- Say, "Go to Settings," or go to the device settings on your Echo Show:
- If you're using Alexa+, select the Menu
icon on your screen, and then select Settings
. - If you're using the original Alexa, swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings.
- If you're using Alexa+, select the Menu
- Select Fire TV, then select Applications.
- Select whether to find apps on Silk Browser or in the Fire TV Appstore, or to manage apps you already have.
- When you find the apps you want, follow the on-screen instructions to install the app and log in with the account information for that provider.
Note: Some services might require you to install the provider's app or sign into a subscription before you can watch their video content.
