- You can also expand the selection of apps to include "Guidance Suggested" content. A child can then request content not limited to kids, such as Netflix, Zoom, and Minecraft. To turn this feature on, under Store toggle Expanded selection On.
- When you activate the Learn First feature, shared content appears on the Kids Profile only after the daily goal is complete.
- Not all apps are suitable for Kids. Some might have ads, external links, in-app purchases, or ask for personal info. Some apps may need a separate subscription or a Kids profile before you can use them.
- Disabling web access in the child profile still allows access to certain web-sites within content. You can find more information on specific apps in the Amazon Appstore.
- On the Parent Dashboard mobile app, you can troubleshoot common issues and provide feedback on app features:
- Within the app, visit More (bottom right).
- Go to Feedback and Troubleshooting.
- Choose the applicable options from the list (App Issues or Give Feedback).
