Turn On Noise Reduction and Passthrough with Alexa on Echo Buds (2019 release, 1st gen)

Use your voice to turn noise reduction or Passthrough on or off.

  1. Place Echo Buds (2019 release, 1st gen) in your ears.
  2. Make sure that your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data and that Echo Buds is connected to your phone with Bluetooth.
  3. Important: The Alexa app must be open and running in the background to use Alexa on Echo Buds.
  4. Say:
    1. "Turn on Passthrough."
    2. "Turn on noise reduction."
