Do Not Disturb Isn't Working

• Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
• If you have Do Not Disturb scheduled, check the start and end times in the Alexa app.
• Use the Alexa app to turn Do Not Disturb off and then on again.
• Unplug your Echo device and then plug it back in.
