Your Statutory Rights
At Amazon.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If you are a consumer customer, by law you have certain rights that may entitle you to return items, as described below.
Right to change your mind
By law, customers have the right to cancel their order without giving any reason within 14 days beginning from the day you receive, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives, the goods or the last of the goods ordered by you (if delivered separately). In the case of services or digital content which is not supplied in a tangible medium (e.g. CD or DVD), you can cancel your order within 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. However, some exceptions apply to your right to cancel, as described in section 2 of our Conditions of Sale).
To cancel your purchase within the 14-day cancellation period, you must inform us. To do so, you can, contact us, or use this Cancellation Form. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation, using the personalised return label provided to you.
Please note that we can't accept returns delivered by hand.
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us that you wish to cancel the contract. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Please note that you'll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us (unless you are entitled to a refund because we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective - see Other Statutory Rights below for details).
For more details about your right to cancel, see section 2 of our Conditions of Sale.
