Display on Echo Dot with clock Isn't Working

First, check the Alexa app to confirm that display is on.

• Make sure you're using the power adapter that was included with your device.
• Make sure that your device is plugged in to an outlet.
• Make sure that your display is turned on.
• Check the level of display brightness.
• Unplug your device and then plug it back in.
